DESCRIPTION:  \n🌙⛺ ZAMWI Indoor Kids Camp 2026 (***PLEASE scroll down for the registration form***) ⛺🌙 \nA fun-filled overnight camp designed for children and families to connect\, build friendships\, enjoy group activities\, and create wonderful memories together! \n✨ Camp Purpose:\nThis camp is organized to help children:\n• Meet and connect with one another\n• Build friendships within the community\n• Participate in fun group games and teamwork activities\n• Show their talents and creativity\n• Experience a special kids’ night movie and evening activities \n📍 Location:\nKamran Dare Mehr \n15316 Barnesville Road Boyds\, MD\, 20841 \n📅 Dates:\nSaturday & Sunday — June 13–14\, 2026 \n⏰ Schedule:\n• Check-In: Saturday at 3:00 PM\n• Check-Out: Sunday at 11:00 AM \n🍽 Meals Included:\n• Dinner on Saturday\n• Breakfast on Sunday Morning\n• Lunch at Blackhill \n🚗 Final Program Activity:\nAfter check-out at 11:00 AM\, participants will continue together to Blackhill to enjoy lunch\, outdoor activities\, and family time together. By registering and attending\, all participants and guardians agree to the event consent terms\, supervision policies\, and safety guidelines. \n  \nWe look forward to a joyful and memorable weekend with our ZAMWI families and children \n📝 ZAMWI Indoor Kids Camp — Consent & Liability Agreement \nBy registering and/or participating in the ZAMWI Indoor Kids Camp (June 13–14\, 2026)\, I acknowledge and agree to the following: \n\n\nI understand that participation in camp activities\, including indoor games\, group activities\, movie night\, and the Blackhill outing\, involves normal risks associated with group and recreational events. \n\n\nI confirm that my child/children are physically able to participate in all scheduled activities. I will inform the organizers of any medical conditions\, allergies\, or special needs in advance and provide any required medication\, allergy-safe food\, or care items. \n\n\nI understand that at least one parent or guardian must accompany each child and is fully responsible for their supervision throughout the event. \n\n\nI give permission for my child to participate in all camp activities\, including transportation to Blackhill as part of the program. \n\n\nI agree that all photos and videos taken during the event are strictly for internal or community use only and may not be published\, shared\, or posted publicly by participants\, parents\, or attendees without prior written consent from the organizers. \n\n\nI understand that the organizers will carefully manage any media use and will only share images of children with explicit parental or guardian consent. \n\n\nI release ZAMWI organizers\, volunteers\, and Kamran Dare Mehr from liability for any injury\, accident\, illness\, or loss of personal belongings during the event\, except in cases of proven negligence. \n\n\nI understand that participation requires agreement to all event rules\, safety guidelines\, and supervision requirements. \n\n\nBy Registering\, I confirm that I have read\, understood\, and agree to this consent and liability waiver. \n\n\n\n\n	\nFill out my online form.\n\n  Fill out my Wufoo form!
