Avesta Classes for kids high-school-age and younger will be held in-person starting September 28th at the Kamran Dar-e Mehr in Boyds, MD. Attending Avesta classes each month will be a good opportunity for our children to stay connected with their Zarthushti friends and peers while continuing to learn more about our religion and traditions. Doors open for Avesta Class at 10:30am. Class session will start at 10:45am, with announcements followed by a group visit to the prayer room. Age/grade level classes will break out immediately after and will run until 12pm. Snacks will be provided at Noon; families are asked to contribute a $25 snack fee per child to cover the costs of snacks for the entire year. The snack fee will be collected by Mahnaz Marolia at class.

Please register your child/children so that we can place students in age/grade appropriate classes for the year ahead and provide a participation award at the end of the session.
ZAMWI does not charge for classes, and ZAMWI membership is not required for your children to attend Avesta Classes. However, it is highly recommended that your family supports ZAMWI and the Kamran Dar-e Mehr while your children are enrolled in classes by becoming a member or donating for the 2025 and 2026 membership years.
