A fun-filled overnight camp designed for children and families to connect, build friendships, enjoy group activities, and create wonderful memories together!

✨ Camp Purpose:
This camp is organized to help children:
• Meet and connect with one another
• Build friendships within the community
• Participate in fun group games and teamwork activities
• Show their talents and creativity
• Experience a special kids’ night movie and evening activities

Saturday & Sunday — June 13–14, 2026

⏰ Schedule:
• Check-In: Saturday at 3:00 PM
• Check-Out: Sunday at 11:00 AM

🍽 Meals Included:
• Dinner on Saturday
• Breakfast on Sunday Morning
• Lunch at Blackhill

🚗 Final Program Activity:
After check-out at 11:00 AM, participants will continue together to Blackhill to enjoy lunch, outdoor activities, and family time together. The program will conclude after the Blackhill gathering.

💵 Registration Fee:
$20 per person

🛏 What to Bring:
• Sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, and sleeping gear
• Personal overnight necessities
• Extra clothes and toiletries
• Any medications or allergy-related food/items if needed

⚠ Important Notes:
• At least one parent/guardian must accompany their child
• Parents are responsible for supervising their children during the event
• If your child has allergies or medical conditions, please bring all necessary medication and special food requirements
• Space may be limited, so early registration is encouraged

⚠ Weather & Program Changes:
As this program includes travel and outdoor activities, there is a possibility of cancellation, delay, or schedule changes due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all registered participants will be notified by the organizers as soon as possible.

📝 Consent Requirement:
Participation in this event requires agreement to the ZAMWI event consent and liability acknowledgment. By registering and attending, all participants and guardians agree to the event consent terms, supervision policies, and safety guidelines.

📝 ZAMWI Indoor Kids Camp — Consent & Liability Agreement

By registering and/or participating in the ZAMWI Indoor Kids Camp (June 13–14, 2026), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I understand that participation in camp activities, including indoor games, group activities, movie night, and the Blackhill outing, involves normal risks associated with group and recreational events.

2. I confirm that my child/children are physically able to participate in all scheduled activities. I will inform the organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs in advance and provide any required medication, allergy-safe food, or care items.

3. I understand that at least one parent or guardian must accompany each child and is fully responsible for their supervision throughout the event.

4. I give permission for my child to participate in all camp activities, including transportation to Blackhill as part of the program.

5. I agree that all photos and videos taken during the event are strictly for internal or community use only and may not be published, shared, or posted publicly by participants, parents, or attendees without prior written consent from the organizers.

6. I understand that the organizers will carefully manage any media use and will only share images of children with explicit parental or guardian consent.

7. I release ZAMWI organizers, volunteers, and Kamran Dare Mehr from liability for any injury, accident, illness, or loss of personal belongings during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.

8. I understand that participation requires agreement to all event rules, safety guidelines, and supervision requirements.
