MUKTAD PRAYERS FOR THE DEPARTED
Ervad Brigadier Panthaki will conduct the Muktad Prayers
- Each family may submit up to 5 names for inclusion in the prayers
- Download and fill in the form and return to Ervad Brigadier Panthaki with a donation of $5.00 per name by August 1, 2015. (phone messages will not be accepted)
- Checks should be made payable to “ZAMWI”
- Flowers may be offered at the ceremony
- You may bring a framed picture of the departed for the Muktad Table.
A POTLUCK DINNER WILL FOLLOW THE PRAYERS
ZAMWI will provide soft drinks and paper products
