DIRECTIONS: Cabin John Group Picnic Area is located on Tuckerman Lane between Westlake Drive and Seven Locks Road. Going North on Old Georgetown Road, turn left on Tuckerman Lane. After going through the intersection at Westlake Drive, the Group Picnic Area is the fenced-in area on the right (just after passing the Cabin John Group Camping Area).
Come celebrate Tirgan! We have the Group Picnic Shelter reserved this year, so we have our own parking, restrooms, volleyball area, a small playground, and electrical outlets.
ZAMWI will provide the food, music and non-alcoholic drinks. The group picnic area also has its own space to play games such as volleyball, soccer and frisbee. And don’t forget your water balloons and guns!!!
Also, you can bring your own alcoholic beverages (beer and wine only; no other alcoholic beverages), but you will be responsible to make sure that they are consumed properly. By attending this event, you agree to hold ZAMWI harmless for any injury that may happen at Tirgan.
