The Fali Chothia Charitable Trust is pleased to announce the winners of its 2024 scholarship awards. A total of $44,000 was awarded to the following very worthy recipients:

Arnaz Bharucha, completing a Master of Science degree in Pharmacology at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Palaash Bhathena, pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science degree at the University of Massachusetts.

Sarosh Irani, working towards a Masters in Business Administration degree at the University of Michigan.

Kenyon Kaboly-zadeh, studying Computer Engineering at the University of British Columbia.

Vispy Karkaria, pursuing a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Northwestern University.

Yazish Kavina, working towards a Honors in Computer Science degree at the University of Manitoba.

Taronish Kotwall, pursuing a Master of Science, Public Health Sciences degree at the University of Waterloo.

Benaz Patel, enrolled in a Master of Science program in Integrated Marketing Communications at Northwestern University.

Jimmy Postwalla, working towards a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering at Oakland University, MI.

Framroze Purveyor, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Intelligent Systems Engineering at DePaul University.

Havovi Shroff, pursuing a Masters in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at The Chicago School.

Zarmeen Thunthi, enrolled in a Bachelor of Science program in Architecture at Texas Tech University.

The Fali Chothia Charitable Trust was established under the Zoroastrian Association of Metropolitan Washington Inc. (ZAMWI) in 1988 to help provide scholarships to needy Zoroastrian students studying in North America. Awards are based on financial need, educational achievement, and community service. To demonstrate solidarity and trust between organizations while serving community causes, the U.S. Chapter of the World Zoroastrian Organisation makes annual contributions to the trust.
